Mira Mortada is a Lebanese French artist and graphic designer with a BFA in Graphic Design from the American University of Beirut.

She started her career in Dubai working in advertising, publishing, and branding. She was the Art Editor at Brownbook Magazine before starting Ashkal Artworks in 2016, a series of framed metal wire portraits. Ever since, she has been working on furthering her artistic exploration and adapting her style to different mediums.

She is known for minimal portraits with strong graphic lines and bright colors. She exhibited her work in the UAE and France and animated metal wire workshops in both countries.
